The TSA 230 is STIHL’s 9 inch / 230 mm cut-off saw, giving unparalleled versatility thanks to its cordless operation.

Using STIHL’s electric motor, the TSA 230 is extremely energy efficient, lightweight and compact. The motor runs quietly, generates very low vibrations and requires no servicing, so this tool is not only great for the environment, but a fantastic machine to operate too. It can be used both indoors and outdoors, while the weight of only 3.9 kg (excluding battery and cutting wheel) make it extremely comfortable to use.
Easy, comfortable & durable operation
A spindle lock mechanism means that cutting wheels on this machine can be changed quickly and easily. An ergonomic wrap around handle means more comfortable and precise use is possible in a variety of positions, while the hose attachment that allows water to be supplied to the cutting wheel to suppress the dust produced during cutting is operated in such a way so as not to interfere with your work. An electronic coasting brake brings the blade to a quick stop with no free wheeling.
Supplied as a shell only
The TSA 230 is supplied as a shell only, with a battery and charger available to purchase separately. STIHL offer a wide range of these, which allows you to purchase the perfect combination for your performance needs and budget.
