About the STIHL RT 4082 Petrol Ride-on Mower
A highly manoeuvrable and compact ride-on mower for larger domestic gardens
The RT 4082 is a nimble and easy-to-use ride-on mower with excellent driving and operating comfort. With its STIHL EVC 4000 petrol engine and large 80 cm mowing deck, it is designed to cut lawns up to 6,000 m2 quickly and comfortably.
Keep your grass under control the way you want to
The RT 4082 has an adjustable cutting height 35-90 mm to suit. Naturally, cuttings are collected in the spacious 250 Litre grass box which can be emptied from the driver’s seat, however a mulch insert can be purchased separately to eliminate collection altogether by disposing of cuttings on the surface of the lawn, where they will encourage healthy lawn growth.
Excellent driving operation
This compact machine has a small turning circle and an unobstructed forward view allowing for excellent manoeuvrability through narrow passageways and around garden obstacles. Single pedal drive allows for precise speed control (separate brake pedal), with a hand lever determining the direction of travel.
Superb operating comfort
The advantage of this machine is that the controls are within easy reach of the driver’s seat and they are easy-to-use, such as the mowing deck can be engaged and disengaged by a single switch on the control panel. A spring-mounted adjustable seat provides additional driver comfort, as does the wide step-through to access it.
