Optimised cutting performance
The STIHL HTA-50 pole pruner features the STIHL exclusive Picco Micro 3 (PM3 saw chain) with low kickback and vibration delivering high cutting quality making this pole pruner efficient and easy to use. The Rollomatic E mini guide bar, a feature on this pole pruner, which is lightweight and reduces the noise of the tool, a feature your neighbours will also love!
Easy to use
The STIHL HTA-50 features a 25 cm/ 10″ length bar which makes it easier for the user to reach and prune branches that are higher up. Removal of the branches are also made easier thanks to the branch hook, clearing away any small branch cuttings.
Kitted out with an ergonomic handle that can be easily used by both left handed and right handed users as well as a self-resetting locking lever to prevent any unintentional start up of the tool.
Convenient storage
The STIHL HTA-50 pole pruner comes with a clamp coupling which allows the user to detach the shaft of the HTA-50 making it easier for the user to transport the pole pruner as well as clean it and store it with ease.
Don’t forget your battery and charger
The pole pruner requires a battery and charger to operate. These are sold separately as some user may already own these accessories from other STIHL battery operated tools. An AK 20 battery is recommended for this HTA-50 and can be purchased through us either as individual items or as a promo kit.
What’s included in the HTA 50 price
This listing is for the long-reach hedge trimmer shell only. No batteries or charger are included, but are required for operation. You may use any existing AK battery and charger you already have at home, or purchase the appropriate combination for your requirements. STIHL recommend the AK 20 battery for optimum performance.
A blade scabbard protects the hedge trimmers blades and you from harm when the hedge trimmer is not in use.
