Follow these simple steps to claim your free gift after purchasing eligible Hayter products:
Purchase an Eligible Product:
- Buy any qualifying Hayter product from our store during the promotional period.
- Limit of two eligible products per household.
Submit Your Claim:
- Complete your claim online by 31st August 2025 at the Hayter Promotions Claim Site.
Provide Required Documents:
- Upload a valid proof of purchase.
- Upload a photo of the serial number plate from the purchased product(s).
Claim Verification and Reward Delivery:
- All claims will undergo verification.
- Once approved, your free gift will be delivered directly to your chosen address within 28 days.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Employees of Hayter, participating dealers, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Promotional Period:
- Eligible products must be purchased during the stated promotional period.
- All claims must be submitted by 31st August 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Product Eligibility:
- Only selected Hayter products listed in the promotion qualify for the rewards.
- Proof of purchase and product serial number are required for all claims.
Claims and Delivery:
- Maximum of two claims per household during the promotional period.
- One claim per qualifying product only.
- Approved claims will be processed within 28 days, and rewards will be delivered to the address provided.
- Hayter shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the claimant.
- Claims submitted without the required documentation will not be processed.
General Conditions:
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Hayter reserves the right to substitute the reward with a product of equal or greater value.
- Hayter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the promotion at any time without notice.
